Beginning his journey as an entrance exhibition scholar, Dr. Ahsan graduated from Trinity College Dublin with an Honours degree in Dental Science. Immediately following his qualification, Dr. Ahsan pursued further training and education, ultimately becoming one of the only dentists to attain a membership with the Royal College of Surgeons in the same year acquiring the Dip PCD RCSI, MFD RCSI, MGDS RCSI qualifications. With a passion for providing exceptional patient care, Dr. Ahsan has gained extensive knowledge in all aspects of dentistry through working in various dental practices in Ireland. His commitment to excellence in dentistry led him to pursue further training in the UK, where he gained invaluable experience in emergency dentistry and oral and maxillofacial surgery. Working alongside imminent figures and treating patients with extensive facial injuries, facial fractures and jaw deformities, Dr. Ahsan has gained unique surgical skills which make him an asset to our service provision. Dr. Ahsan has furthered his surgical training by attaining multiple qualifications in dental implantology from the UK, Spain, Portugal, Brazil and the USA. The scope of his work, therefore largely revolves around complex dental implant cases and surgical removal of teeth. He has a keen interest in soft tissue grafting around dental implants and specialises in providing solutions for patients that have aesthetic complications. Dr. Ahsan has a passion for teaching and holds a clinical supervisor post for undergraduate students in the Dublin Dental Hospital. He is committed to helping his patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health, and is always happy to answer any questions they may have about their treatment options.

Dr. Jimmy Butt grew up in Lucan, Dublin and graduated from Trinity College magna cum laude with a first class degree in restorative dentistry . He immediately began his professional career by being accepted onto the coveted Dublin Dental House Officer post. Here he gained valuable experience across all facets of dentistry. From oral surgery to paedodontics, endodontics and prosthodontics. A passion for oral maxillofacial surgery culminated in a transition to St Richards Hospital Chichester UK. Dr. Butt worked as a full time hospital doctor managing facial skin cancers and oral surgery lists including wisdom teeth, facial fractures, and more. Dr. Butt then studied medicine in Trinity College Dublin graduating as a doctor and is the only dual qualified full arch implant surgeon trained in both medicine and dentistry allowing him to treat the most complex cases. His belief is that all patients deserve to have optimal oral health in a calm, painless, and judgement free environment. He aims to provide this quality care using the most modern and evidence based techniques.
